Orders received without payment will be returned.
100% cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice from delivery.
All cancellations and changes must go through the Event Technology Department.
Someone must be present at your booth to accept delivery.
25% Equipment Service Charge will be added to all orders.
Regular rates apply 7 days prior to show.
Taxable labor fee applicable if running cabling under carpet.
Wired Internet and 20 Amp Power must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
